From withdrawals to bonus terms, VIP benefits to account security — everything you want to know about using jw960 is in one place.
When playing at jw960, small questions often come to mind — how long will a withdrawal take, exactly how is the bonus wagering calculated, what do I need to do to move up a VIP tier, or how do I keep my account secure. Below we have arranged detailed answers to more than 20 questions across five topic sections. If you cannot find the answer to your question, contact our 24/7 live chat.
Withdrawing Funds
Approved withdrawals at jw960 are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Occasionally, identity verification or an account review may take a little longer. If it remains pending for more than 30 minutes, contact us via live chat and we will resolve it quickly.
Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before you can withdraw. For the welcome bonus, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, and once the requirement is met the full amount won becomes withdrawable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Yes, jw960's payment processing is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests can be submitted and processed even on public holidays or late at night, normally within 5–30 minutes.
For security reasons, withdrawals can only be made to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number registered in the account holder's own name. Payments to third-party wallets are not accepted. This is part of our anti-money-laundering policy.
VIP Program
Your progress is reviewed based on regular play and active participation. The more consistently you play, the faster you can advance to the next tier — starting from Bronze, then Silver, Gold, Platinum, and the highest level, Diamond.
At the end of each complete week, cashback is credited to your account at the rate set for your tier. Bronze receives up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2%, and Diamond 1.5% weekly cashback.
Higher-tier members receive benefits beyond cashback, including dedicated account support, faster withdrawal priority, exclusive promotions, and invitations to special tournaments. Full details of the benefits are communicated to you directly when your tier is upgraded.
jw960 has five VIP levels and their maximum weekly cashback rates are: Bronze — 0.3%, Silver — 0.6%, Gold — 0.9%, Platinum — 1.2%, and Diamond — 1.5%. Any member can work their way up step by step through regular gaming.
Bonus Terms
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per account — at the time of the first deposit. Attempting to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in account suspension.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,500 bonus. You need to place ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets for the bonus winnings to become withdrawable.
You can request a bonus cancellation at any time. However, if a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be removed. Your original deposit amount remains intact, but the bonus-related balance will be cleared. Please speak with us via live chat before cancelling.
Slot game bets generally count at 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino and some table games may count at a different rate. Sports betting, including cricket, counts under specific conditions. Contact support to find out the rate for a specific game or category.
After opening an account, making any deposit for the first time automatically adds a 150% bonus to your account — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳37,000. Minimum deposit ৳500.
BPL & International Matches
The most widely played markets in cricket betting are: Match Winner, Toss Winner, First Innings Total Runs, Batsman Total Runs, Bowler Wickets, Powerplay Runs, and Series Winner. Over-by-over markets are also very popular in BPL and T20 matches.
If a match is declared abandoned (No Result) due to rain or any other reason, most markets for that match are considered void and the stake is refunded. If the result is determined by the DLS method, settlement follows the normal rules. Please refer to the betting rules for specific details.
Yes, accumulator (parlay) bets are supported at jw960. Adding selections from multiple events to your bet slip multiplies the potential winnings. However, if one selection is wrong the entire accumulator is lost, so choose carefully.
Decimal odds are straightforward: stake × odds = total return (winnings + original stake). For example: if Bangladesh's odds in a Bangladesh vs India match are 2.50 and you bet ৳100, you receive ৳250 back if you win (৳150 profit). It is not advisable to bet when odds are below 1.00.
Yes, alongside BPL, jw960 offers betting markets for the ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international cricket tournaments. Markets for each event are published on the platform in due course.
