1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jw960 platform and all its services. By accessing our website or creating an account, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms.

jw960 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.
The minimum age to use our platform is 21 years.
In the event of any dispute, jw960's decision will be considered final.
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on jw960, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
Each person may register only one account.
Registering on behalf of or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
Creating an account in the name of a corporate or business entity is not permitted.

Account Verification

jw960 may at any time request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method documents for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

            Important: Creating an account with false information will result in account closure and any pending winnings may be forfeited.
          

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if verification is in progress, this may be delayed. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply separately.

Transaction Terms

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
If you have an active bonus, wagering must be completed before withdrawing.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be automatically blocked.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at jw960 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

            Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500

            Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and get a maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳37,000

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing.

Bonus Usage Terms

Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
Wagering requirements are fulfilled only by placing bets in approved game categories.
jw960 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
If bonuses are claimed across multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, all bonuses will be cancelled.

Ongoing Promotions

In addition to deposit bonuses, jw960 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Those terms are also considered part of this document.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The jw960 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

By placing regular bets, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. The benefits of each tier and the conditions for progression will be communicated separately. Cashback is generally credited to your account at a set time each week.

            Please note: Cashback amounts are calculated based on actual bets placed and may have their own wagering requirements.
          

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw960 platform:

Fraudulent Activities

Placing bets using illegal software, bots, or automated tools.
Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the game system.
Creating accounts using false identities or forged documents.
Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.

Financial Misconduct

Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
Using a third party's bank account or payment method.
Filing chargebacks against deposits with a bank or mobile banking provider.

Other Violations

Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security systems.
Reproducing or distributing any part of the platform.

If any of these terms are violated, jw960 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.

7 Gaming & Sports Betting Terms

Game & Betting Rules

Each game available on jw960 has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game interface. If the outcome of any bet is uncertain due to a system error, jw960 reserves the right to void that bet.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please keep the following in mind:

If any event is cancelled, the related bet will also be voided and the stake will be returned.
Accepted bet amounts and market limits are subject to change.
If incorrect odds are offered on any betting market, jw960 may void those bets.
Odds in live betting events may change at any moment.

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the request is processed.

jw960 may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
Due to regulatory directives or legal obligations.
If the security or integrity of the platform is threatened.

Limitation of Liability

jw960 will not be held liable for the following:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
System issues with third-party payment providers.
Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
Financial losses resulting from participation in games — wins and losses are a normal part of gaming.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between jw960 and the user.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

Waiver

If jw960 does not take immediate action regarding a breach of any term, that shall not be considered a waiver of that term.

Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only.
