jw960's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Beyond fun and entertainment, your control and well-being matter most to us — learn how we keep you safe.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
jw960's philosophy: gaming should be a form of entertainment, not addiction.
Online gaming can be an exciting form of entertainment — but it's truly enjoyable only when you stay in control. jw960 believes every player deserves a safe, happy, and balanced experience.
Gaming should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. It is a form of entertainment — just like watching a cricket match or enjoying a film. At jw960, we want you to play for fun, free from stress or fear of loss.
This page will show you how to set your own playing limits, which signs may indicate a problem, and how jw960's support team will be there for you if you need help.
Remember: jw960 is a gaming platform for adults aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or playing is strictly prohibited for minors. If there are children or teenagers in your household, please keep them away from this platform and keep your account login details secure.
Our Protective Tools
jw960 offers a number of effective features to help you play in a controlled and responsible way.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies if you want to increase the limit, but reductions take effect instantly.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period, no betting or deposits will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you are experiencing long-term problems, use the self-exclusion option. It deactivates your account for a set period or permanently. The support team will assist you fully through this process.
Session Reminders
It is easy to lose track of how long you have been playing. jw960's session reminder feature will notify you after a set time and display your total playing time. This helps you take healthy breaks.
Transaction and Gaming History
You can view your complete betting history, win/loss records, and deposit and withdrawal details from your account at any time. Maintaining transparency is our priority.
Minor Protection
jw960 is for users aged 21+ only. If children or teenagers also use your device, install parental control software and never share your password. Proof of age is mandatory during verification.
Assess Yourself
The questions below will help you understand whether gaming is having a negative impact on your life.
If the answer to any of the questions below is "yes", it would be a good idea to contact support.
- Do you bet more to try to recover money you have lost?
- Has gaming caused you to spend less time with family or friends?
- Are you playing by taking on debt or using your savings?
- Are you unable to stop gaming even though you want to?
- Is your family worried about your gaming?
- Does thinking about gaming affect your sleep or reduce your concentration?
- Do you feel that gaming is harming your financial or mental health?
These questions are not a substitute for a medical assessment — they are for self-awareness only. For any concerns, contact jw960's 24/7 support.
Keep in Mind
Asking for help takes courage. At jw960, you can speak with support while keeping your identity completely confidential. We do not judge — we only help.
Limits and Control Settings — How to Use Them
These settings can be managed directly from your account.
Deposit Limit
Go to Account Settings and set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from the "Responsible Gaming" section. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.
Account Time-Out
To take a temporary break, suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks. All betting and deposits will be paused during this time, but your funds will remain safe.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
For a long-term or permanent break, choose self-exclusion. Notify the support team via live chat or email and they will close your account.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum loss amount in advance for a given period. When this limit is reached, the system will notify you and prevent further bets.
jw960 operates with SSL encryption and ensures fair play. Your personal information and financial transactions on our platform are fully secure. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800 — we never encourage you to bet beyond your limits.
Tips for Healthy Gaming
A few simple habits can keep your gaming experience enjoyable at all times.
- Set a budget before you start playing and stick to it.
- Never think of gaming as an alternative source of income — it is entertainment.
- Avoid playing while drinking alcohol or under mental stress.
- Do not try to "recover" losses by immediately placing larger bets.
- Take regular breaks — long sessions increase mental fatigue.
- Spend time with family and friends and keep up your other hobbies.
- Keep jw960's deposit limit and session reminder features active.
- If any concerns arise, contact the support team right away.
